Kiddush and Seudah Shlisheit

 

 

Celebrate a birthday, anniversary, new baby, Bar or Bat Mitzvah, engagement, marriage, promotion … or observe a yartzheit … 

 

The Westwood Kehilla welcomes sponsorship of Kiddush and Seudah Shleishit.  We are pleased to provide three different options to fit any budget; Some additional menu items are available for an Extended Kiddush.  Many additional menu ideas are available to expand your Deluxe Kiddush. 

Prices for Kiddush assume our average normal attendance of 100 adults and 20 children, and  prices for Seudah Shlishit are for 45 adults and 10 children. Sponsorship prices for Kiddush and Seudah Shleishit, include, at no extra charge, up to 15 additional guests of sponsor. If more than 15 additional guests are expected, there will be a charge of $3 (or more, depending upon menu) for each additional person.  Kiddush grape juice and standard cutlery and papergoods are always included.  Special papergoods available upon request to compliment your simcha at nominal additional cost.

Please contact our Administrator at 310-441-5288 ext.2 to reserve your date. Please book as early as possible to ensure that the date you wish is available.  Deadline for reservations is NOON on  the Tuesday preceeding the desired Shabbos.  Payment deadline is 5PM Wednesday.  Miriam Kosberg, our Catering Chairperson, (310-838-1879) will help you finalize a menu.  Whether you are celebrating a simcha or observing a yartzheit, our goal is to make your sponsored Kiddush or Seudah Shlisheit special and meaningful.
 

Basic Sponsored Kiddush - $200

   Pareve Cholent  (Meat Cholent $60 addl.); assorted crackers, assorted pound cake

Column A: Choice of 2: tuna salad, potato salad, cole slaw (creamy/oriental), egg salad, pasta salad, quinoa w/lemon tahini dressing, Israeli salad, oriental rice salad, corn-black bean salad, eggplant salad, sesame noodle,

 

Column B: Choice of 1: Layered salad, Italian mixed green salad, Caesar salad, Spinach-Strawberry, Butter lettuce-Mango, Grilled fruit & greens, Hearts of Palm w/ avocado,  potato kugel, noodle kugel, broccoli kugel 

 

Choice of 1: salsa, guacamole, hummous, babaganoush, mock chopped liver

 

 

Assorted crackers, chips

 Dessert platters: bar cookies, cookies, brownies

 

Choice of: Fresh Fruit platter – seasonal fruits or Fresh vegetable platter w/dip
